His practice is focused on assisting with the management of a large intellectual property portfolio and helping to police trademark infringement on the Internet. He also reviews advertisements for proper disclosures and substantiation, assists with advertising compliance on social media sites, reviews promotion rules for contests and sweepstakes, and drafts and reviews terms of use and privacy policies for websites.

Previous Work

Prior to joining Arent Fox, Dan served as legislative correspondent and deputy press secretary in the Office of US Senator Jeanne Shaheen.
